Featured FirstCom Music Composer: Jack D. Elliot

Our spotlight shines bright this week on Jack D. Elliot, the multi-talented musician behind our latest production music release, Dramedy 2: The Sequel (HM107).

Jack’s reputation has steadily grown from being the new kid on the block turning out underground dance hits, to an exceptionally innovative industry veteran. He has a packed his discography with artists like Britney Spears, Brandy, Kelly Rowland, and Lo Fidelity All Stars. He also has credits for TV shows including American Idol, E! News Live, Good Morning America, and the Daytime Emmy Awards. How about music for advertising, you ask? Check! Jack’s got advertising campaigns under his belt, as well, including Progressive Insurance, V8, and Dr. Pepper… just to name a few.

As you can see, Jack is not one to be limited to a single avenue of the music industry. You may find him penning tracks for top television shows and advertisers, building a rapidly-growing TV music library, creating original scores for networks like Lifetime and Bravo, or producing for award-winning songwriter Diane Warren – the man does it all.

Jack has his finger on the pulse of today’s music and displays an uncanny knowledge of translating the trends into whatever the industry needs. His most recent work can be heard in our Hollywood Music library!
