Featured FirstCom Music Composer: Brian Burrows

FirstCom Music’s composers and musicians create high quality music for productions, designed with the producers in mind. Each adds their own personality, style and love of music into every project. This stands true for our featured FirstCom Music composer of the day, Brian Burrows.

The versatile composer/producer of Music by Design comes from a musical singer-songwriter background. He has composed music for a wide range of US and UK commercials, TV and film projects. Brian has also written and produced for many well-known recording artists, as well as toured and performed alongside Nelly Furtado, Fun Lovin’ Criminal, and The Spooks. He’s also had an appearance on the seminal British TV music show Later… with Jools Holland. Brian currently writes and produces in London.

Check out some of Brian Burrows‘ credits:
COMMERCIALS: Nokia, The Home Depot, Schlotzsky’s, T-Mobile, Texas Health Resources
MOVIES: Envy (DreamWorks), City Of Life (Film-AFM), and TV films for the UK’s Channel 4 and The Comic Strip

Brian’s recent work can be heard in our new release, Acoustic Rhythms from our EVO music library. The album includes acoustic rock and folk rock tracks, and also features music from highly respected studio guitarist and accomplished composer/arranger, Bud Guin. The two purposefully designed Acoustic Rhythms to sit under narration and voice-overs with ease. It’s a perfect collection of music for advertising, promotions or corporate videos.

Acoustic Rhythms’ tracks are both vibrant and dynamic, with a modern singer-songwriter feel. Listen to Brian Burrows and Bud Guin’s creation here:
