FirstCom Music is full of talented composers that work hard to provide great, high-quality music for productions, we can’t help but brag about them! This week, we’re spotlighting creator, producer and composer Emanuel Kallins of the Gotham Music library.
Manny got in the business of writing and producing music when he was very young. After buying a 4-track machine, he started writing and realized how much he loved it. Later, Manny jumped into television broadcast by becoming a music director for One Life to Live at ABC as well as for Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous and their sister show Runaway with the Rich and Famous. He also did a lot for corporate television for companies like Johnson & Johnson and AT&T. Using what he learned from his experiences throughout the years, he approached creating the Gotham Music library from a music director’s point of view. Today, Manny’s extensive background and diverse musical styles keep Gotham on the forefront of the scoring industry.
