MasterSource Contributor Ariel Rechtshaid Wins GRAMMY

During Sunday night’s 56th Annual GRAMMY awardsMasterSource’s very own Ariel Rechtshaid came out with big win! His production of Vampire Weekend’s Modern Vampires of the City won Best Alternative Music Album!


The longtime MasterSource contributor is a true musical visionary. He has collaborated with a variety of well-known artists such as Haim, Justin Bieber, Snoop Dogg, Usher, No Doubt, Major Lazer and the Plain White T’s (he produced their hit song “Hey There Delilah”). His recent work even landed him a 2014 GRAMMY nomination for Producer of the Year and a feature story in the LA Times. Ariel has also co-written a total of 135 songs in our MasterSource music library!

FirstCom Music’s composers and musicians are known for creating high-quality production music, and we are proud to have Ariel a part of our roster. Several of his most recent contributions for FirstCom Music can be heard in Indie Rock (MSTR240).
